How and when we ship, what it costs, and what happens with international orders. Last updated August 2026.

1. Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 24 to 36 working hours of being placed, subject to stock. If something you have ordered is not in stock we will contact you with a realistic date and you can wait, swap it, or cancel that item for a full refund.

2. Shipping charges

Charges are calculated from the weight of the packed parcel and the destination, and are shown in full at checkout before you pay. There are no charges added afterwards.

Delivery within India is free on orders over ₹500 where the packed weight is under 0.5 kg. Above 0.5 kg, courier charges apply by weight.

3. Delivery within India

Same day Within Mumbai; within 24 hours in selected cities

Cash on Delivery is available for selected PIN codes only. To place a COD order, WhatsApp your requirements to +91 99753 31313.

4. Delivery outside India

We ship to most countries. Three modes are available, and which ones you see at checkout depends on what you have ordered — liquids cannot travel by post.

Mode Time from dispatch Carriers Restrictions

Nominal 20 to 25 working days India Post Speed Post No liquids
Regular 25 to 30 working days India Post Registered Mail No liquids; 2 kg maximum per parcel

Express costs the most and is the fastest; Regular costs the least and is the slowest.

5. Customs, duties and import rules

  • The shipping charge you pay covers only the carriage from India to your address. Any customs duty, import tax or clearance fee charged by your own country is payable by you. We do not receive it, cannot predict it and cannot refund it.
  • When you order from outside India you are the importer of record. It is your responsibility to check that the products you have ordered may lawfully be imported into your country before you order. Rules on herbal and Ayurvedic preparations vary widely.
  • We provide the commercial invoice and the export documentation the courier requires.
  • Some products cannot be exported at all. If we cannot lawfully ship something you have ordered, we will cancel that item and refund it in full.

6. Address accuracy and failed deliveries

Please check your delivery address and phone number before you pay — we cannot redirect a parcel once the courier has it. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you; re-shipping is charged again.

7. Tracking

You will receive the courier and tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a day to start updating.

8. If something goes wrong

Damaged, missing or wrong items are covered by Cancellations, Returns & Refunds. Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photographs.
