2. Health information on this site
D.G. Ayurvedic Sangrah is a retailer of Ayurvedic, Unani, herbal and other traditional products. Product pages describe the traditional use of a formulation, usually in the manufacturer’s own words. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease.
Results vary from person to person. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are buying for a child, or are already on prescribed medicine, consult a registered medical practitioner or a qualified Ayurvedic physician before use. Do not stop or change prescribed treatment because of anything you read here. In an emergency, seek medical care immediately.
We take reasonable care over the information on this site, but it is drawn largely from manufacturers’ literature and may contain errors or be out of date. If you spot something wrong, please tell us at contact@dgayurvedic.com and we will correct it.
3. Products, images and prices
- Product photographs are representative. Manufacturers change packaging without notice, so the pack you receive may look different from the photograph. Check the manufacturer’s name to confirm you have the right product.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless the product page says otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
- We carry a large catalogue and stock moves quickly. If an item you have ordered turns out to be unavailable we will tell you promptly and either wait for your instructions or cancel and refund that item in full.
- We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where the price or description was clearly wrong, where the product cannot lawfully be sold or shipped to your address, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you get a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or net-banking details are entered on the payment gateway’s systems — we never see or store them.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and phone number you give us. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the courier.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently or abusively.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or bulk-copy the catalogue, or to place orders you do not intend to pay for. We may refuse service to anyone.
9. Intellectual property
The text, layout and photographs on this site belong to D.G. Ayurvedic Sangrah or to the manufacturers whose products we sell, and are protected by copyright. You may browse, print and share pages for personal use. You may not republish, resell or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the site without written permission. Brand names and product names belong to their respective owners.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for supplying the products you order, in the condition described, within the timelines in the Shipping Policy, and for putting things right when we do not. We are not responsible for how a product suits you personally, for outcomes of self-medication, or for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to approach the consumer commission where you live.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it and resolve it within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020. Please quote your order number so we can find the order straight away.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a complaint, you can escalate it to the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or through the National Consumer Helpline portal, or file a complaint with the consumer commission that has jurisdiction over you.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
