We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it and resolve it within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020. Please quote your order number so we can find the order straight away.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a complaint, you can escalate it to the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or through the National Consumer Helpline portal, or file a complaint with the consumer commission that has jurisdiction over you.
What to include
- Your order number, or the email address on your account.
- What went wrong, in a sentence or two.
- Photographs, if the parcel or the item arrived damaged or wrong.
- What you would like us to do — refund, replacement, correction, or an answer.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and give you a reference.
- We investigate and come back to you with a decision and a reason for it.
- We close the complaint within one month of receiving it.
Quicker routes for common problems
- Damaged, wrong or missing items, cancellations and refunds — Cancellations, Returns & Refunds.

If we do not resolve it
You can escalate a consumer complaint to the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, or through the National Consumer Helpline portal, or file with the District, State or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission that has jurisdiction where you live.
A complaint about how we have handled your personal data can be taken to the Data Protection Board of India after you have raised it with our Grievance Officer.
