Suggested Dosage / How to Use Dr. Ortho Ayurvedic Medicine Oil :
- 5ml to 10ml or more depending upon the part affected. To be gently massaged twice a day.
- Massage is more beneficial after bathing in the morning and before bedtime at night. Do not apply oil on open sore wounds.
