Due to improper dietary habits this vital system gets affected and shows its signs in variety of urinary diseases such as kidney stones, Anuria , oligouria , Hematuri , burning micturation etc. In Summer season body looses most of its water through sweating and for this reason the problems of urinary diseases are faced more in this season. Causes: Over-exertion , stale foods, alcohol consumption , improper dietary habits , less intake of water , suppression of urination & defaecation and infection of urinary tract , consumption of nephrotoxic drugs. Symptoms: Burning of urinary passage, frequency of urination , pain in pelvic region , malaise , nausea , vomiting , pain in lumbosacral region. Composition: Each Tab Contains Varuna Saal Choorna 40 mg Punarnava Choorna 40 mg Gokharu Choorna 40 mg Pashanbhed Choorna 40 mg Yavakshar (Javkhar) 40 mg Shuddha Guggul 120 mg Action: Treatment of above diseases as per modern medicine , consists of diuretics , used to get relief by increasing urinary excretions for driving out impurities. However continuous use of diurectic alone puts undue pressure on urinary system & results in various side effects. Under these circumstances use of herbs such as Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa), Gokshur (Tribulus terrestris), Varuna (Crataeva nurvala), Guggul (Balsamodendron mukul), Pashanbhed (Saxifraga ligulata) well known for their properties towards strengthening of urinary system & thereby included in Mootradoshnashak Vati give good results. Do’s : Old rice, moongdal , buttermilk, home made ghee, coconut water , cucumber, water melon,dates 2/3 litres water per day. Don ,t : Extra Salt , chilly ,spicy, food, heavy mineral water, dry and stale food , alcohol consumption etc For Kidney stone : Patients suffering from kidney stone should get it investigated with ultra-sonography and x-ray . If the size of stone is more than 6 to 8 mm then 2 tabs of mootradoshnashak vati should be consumed 3 times daily. With periodic checking let it confirm that size is reducing then reduce the dose as follows : MootradoshNashak Vati 2 tabs 2/3 time for 2 months. 2 tabs 1-2 times for next 2 months 1 tab 2 times for next 2 months Since ingredients of mootradoshnashak vati have properties of cracking the calculi some times small paricles of such broken stones cause tremendous pain during urination in such broken stones cause pain during urination In such cases pain killers can be used for temporary relief with doctors advise . ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
