As a Pre-Natal care Gently Massage partially or whole body from the six months of Pregnancy to get Relief from Cramping Pain, Lumbago, Varcose Vien and Stretch make and as Post-Natal care-use in the Third day of Delivery onwards.

In Caesarian, use only after Healing.

For the Pro-Delivery Fatigue and helps the Contraction of Uterus and Vagina.

After use take Warm water bath.
