Important Preparations of Tvak (Cinnamomum Zeylanica Blume)  :

Suggested Dosage : 1/2 1 teaspoonful (3-6gm) twice a day with honey.

Eladi Lehyam  (Avaleha / Pak) :

Suggested Dosage : 2-3 gram, 3 to 4 times a day.store in a cool and dry place.

 Apple Cider Vinegar (Liquid) :

Suggested Dosage : Half an hour after dinner, then 3 teaspoons in a glass of water.

Green Tea (Tea) :

Suggested Direction : 1.   Heat the water in a kettle till it comes to boil

                                       2.  1 tea spoon of Rinkup Green Tea (2-3) per cup

Organic India (Capsule) :

Suggested Dosage : 2 Capsules twice daily with/after meals.

Cinnamon (Tablets) :

  Massage – Dilute 3-4 drops of oil into 5 ml of any oil or cream.

Suggested Dosage : 10 to 20 gram once or twice a day with luke warm water or spoonful directly or with tea.
